About the exercise
Jumping jacks are a classic cardio exercise. This fun variation of jumping jacks will help you warm up your front and lateral delts in your shoulders together with your legs muscles. It will also challenge your coordination. Most importantly, jumping jacks provide a little bit of impact, which plays an essential part in moving your lymphatic fluid.
