About the cardio exercise
Marching in place is an excellent low impact cardio exercise you can do at home or in the gym before your workout to warm up your cardiovascular system, muscles, joints, tendons, and ligaments. It will workout your shoulders, arms, and legs. The higher you raise your arms and legs the more effective it will be. This and many other exercises are part of our free workout routine.
Exercise instructions
30 seconds on, 20 seconds off, x2.
Keep core tight.
Raise elbows to shoulder level.
Raise knees to hip level.
Keep an upbeat steady pace.
