About the exercise

In and out abs is very effective dynamic abs exercise that is great at helping lose belly fat. It can burn extra calories compared to a regular ab crunch. You can get even more out of it if you place your arms across your chest. It should be performed toward the middle of your workout to make sure you are warmed up.
