About the exercise
This back exercise will help you strengthen your back muscles and improve your posture so your back can be pain free in your daily life. The most common mistake is not keeping your core engaged and your back straight. This and many other exercises are part of our free at home workout program.
Exercise instructions
Use 5 lbs dumbbells.
10 repetitions, 15-20 seconds rest.
Keep core tight.
Lean 45 degrees forward and maintain a straight and neutral back.
Lift elbows up toward the ceiling.
Squeeze between shoulder blades.
