About the exercise

Jogging in place is one of the best warm-up cardio exercises to prepare your body for at home workouts. It is low impact, will help you get your heart rate up, and lose calories. This and many other exercises are part of our free workout routine.

Exercise instructions

  1. 30 seconds on, 20 seconds off, x2.

  2. Focus on steady breathing, in through your nose, out through your mouth.

  3. Keep an upbeat pace.

Exercise modifications

  1. If too easy, do running in place instead.
