About the exercise

This dynamic plank exercise variation is a great way to warm up your core, arms, and legs before a workout to make sure your whole body is ready for exercise. This and many other exercises are part of our free at home workout program.

Exercise instructions

  1. 30 seconds on, 20 seconds off, x2.

  2. Place feet shoulders width apart.

  3. Engage your core and don’t let your hips sink down toward the floor.

  4. Bring each knee toward the opposite elbow.
