About the exercise
Dumbbell row exercise is a great way to strengthen your back muscles, improve your posture, and decrease pain associated with desk jobs. It should be an essential part of any workout program for any woman. This and many other exercises are part of our free workout routine.
Exercise instructions
Use 5 lbs dumbbell
10 repetitions each side, 15-20 seconds rest.
Keep core tight.
Bring the dumbbell down as far as you can.
Squeeze the shoulder blade back at the top of the motion.
