• Allocate time to go for brisk 20-25 minute walks 2-3 times per week.

  • If possible go to a sauna or steam room at least once a month, and try a cold plunge (it does wonders for mood and metabolism!). We recommend doing contrast therapy. 3-5 rounds alternating sauna/steam room with a cold plunge. If you wish to be invigorated then finish on cold. If you wish to be more relaxed then end on heat.
