About the exercise

Floor triceps dips is an easier alternative to chair or couch triceps dips but still works out your chest muscles and triceps very well. If floor triceps dips are too easy for you then try doing them on a chair or a couch. To make it even more challenging you can try keeping one of your legs straight in the air. Exercise instructions

  1. 10 repetitions, 15-20 seconds rest.

  2. Keep your glutes about 1 foot off the floor.
