In order to lose 1 pound of fat per week in a healthy way during this workout program, we recommend that you try decreasing your daily caloric intake by a comfortable 300-400 calories 1 week after starting the workout program. This should be done in a gradual manner to allow your body get used to smaller caloric intake, prevent dips in energy, and ensure success. For example, this can be achieved by switching from drinking caramel lattes with 2% milk to just black coffee or cold brews with/without almond or oat milk can reduce caloric intake by 100-200 calories.
