About the exercise
Running in place is an excellent at home workout progression from jogging in place. This exercise will help you burn more calories, lose more weight, and improve cardiovascular health. This and many other exercises are part of our free workout routine.
Exercise instructions
45 seconds on, 15 seconds off, x 2.
Tighten your core and lean slightly forward.
Focus on steady breathing, in through your nose, out through your mouth.
Keep an upbeat pace.
Modifications
If too easy, do 60 seconds on, 15 seconds off.
