Intro to this week’s home exercise program
Welcome to the week 4 of your fitness journey! I would like to congratulate you as you are done with the general conditioning portion of the program, and we are now beginning 2 weeks of at home pilates and strength training with Natalie. This portion will allow you to build more core strength, tone your body, establish a better mind and body connection, and continue creating a better version of yourself.

Body weight exercises
