Hello, hello! Today is the last day of week 4! You’ve been doing an incredible job! I am so proud of you working on your physical and mental wellbeing! It will most certainly pay off very soon!

Let’s continue our focus on building lean muscle and tone your chest, arms, and legs. This is the perfect time to revisit our diet recommendations from week one. Please, feel free to message us on Instagram for specific examples of how you can make those changes to ensure further success with this workout program.

Today’s warm-up has 5 exercises, and you will be doing 2 sets of each exercise for 45 seconds on and 15 seconds off before moving onto the next one.

Equipment

  1. A workout mat.

  2. Ankle cuff weights.

  3. 10, 15, and 20 lbs dumbbells.

Warm-up modifications

If you feel that 45 seconds is too easy, then I recommend doing 60 seconds on.
