About the exercise

Scissor kicks is an excellent lower abs exercise that will help build core strength and lose lower belly fat. Make sure to keep your pelvis in a posterior tilt and count out loud so you don’t hold your breath. This and many other exercises are part of our free workout routine.

Exercise instructions

  1. 16 repetitions, 15-20 seconds rest.

  2. Count out loud to make sure you don’t hold your breath.

  3. Try not to arch your low back.
