About the exercise
Sumo squats are great for women to include in a home workout program in oder to activate different parts of glutes and thus build more muscle. It will work out your glutes and also activate your hip adductor muscles. This and many other exercises are part of our free workout plan for women.
Exercise instructions
Use two 10 lbs dumbbells.
10 repetitions, 15-20 seconds rest.
Feet wider than shoulders width apart.
Keep your weight over the heels.
Core muscles tight.
