About the exercise

This is a variation of the classic step touch at home cardio exercise. It is fun and will warm your body up before your workout. This and many other exercises are part of our free workout routine.

Exercise instructions

  1. 30 seconds on, 20 seconds off, x2.

  2. Place feet shoulders width apart.

  3. Lean your upper body 15 degrees forward.

  4. Keep your core tight.

  5. Squat halfway down.

  6. Look up.

  7. Keep an upbeat pace.
