About the exercise
There is a very limited number of home hamstrings exercises, and because of this many people who workout at home end up with weak hamstrings. Add this exercise to your home workout plan. It is superior to standing hamstring curl as it activates the glutes and core as well. This and many other exercises are part of our free workout plan.
Exercise instructions
10 repetitions each side, 15-20 seconds rest.
Keep your back and the leg that is in the air in one straight line.
