About the exercise

Floor chest fly with dumbbells is a great way to add a chest variation to your home workouts if you don’t have a workout bench. It will keep your chest muscles and upped body toned. Exercise instructions

  1. Use 5 lbs weights.

  2. 10 repetitions, 15-20 seconds rest.

  3. Exhale as you bring the weights close together.
